BDO engaged us to assist in finding an Equity Partner for their existing Forensic & Technology practice. The expectation was that their current team had the potential for significant growth. Therefore, they were seeking an industry insider capable of building specialized teams and attracting top talent to drive business expansion.

Result: In collaboration with BDO, we reached out to a select group of experienced partners from other audit and law firms. We successfully identified a highly skilled expert with a proven track record of building similar teams at other top 10 audit firms. This dynamic, charismatic partner was open to taking on this challenge, likely marking one of the final milestones of his distinguished career.
