When Danone’s Manager of Internal Control made an internal move, the company engaged us to find an interim replacement for Nutricia’s 3rd Party Operations (Logistics) and Nutricia NV (Factory)—a direct-reporting role to the leadership teams of both entities.

Result: We successfully placed a highly qualified RA (Big 4 manager level) who prepared for the internal audit by testing, evaluating, and enhancing internal controls in close collaboration with local management. These controls covered areas such as supply chain, logistics, production, cash flow management, and CAPEX control.

Additionally, he facilitated the implementation of Danone’s new DANgo Internal Control framework, transitioning from a controls-based to a risk-based approach.
