Project Controller a.i.

Fugro Marine Services approached us to support the establishment of project controls for a conversion project involving two newly acquired vessels. Given the nature of their business, Fugro owns a large fleet. They acquire standard vessels and handle the necessary customizations in-house.

Result: We placed an experienced interim Project Controller (RC) with a background in the maritime and offshore sectors. He implemented a project control system for the two vessels, and thanks to his strong (international) stakeholder management skills, he ensured the project remained on track.
