In 2018, Intertrust embarked on replacing their existing ERP systems with a cloud-based solution for their global operations. Finance Appointments placed an experienced project lead who began by assessing the organization’s needs and capabilities. Following the selection of S/4 Hana—making Intertrust one of the early adopters in the Netherlands—our project lead assembled a project team, with Finance Appointments playing a significant role in staffing key positions. The team then developed the project design and implementation plan, rolling it out across nearly all of Intertrust’s global locations. We placed freelancers in various critical roles, including Project Manager, Security Officer, SOD Specialist, and Test Manager.
