Due to the successful growth in the number of clients and corresponding increase in Treasury activities, the team is looking to recruit a Treasury Systems and Implementation Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the administration, development, and optimization of the organization’s treasury systems and the implementation and improvement of (automated) processes. This role ensures the smooth operation of treasury platforms, manages system implementations and upgrades, and partners with internal teams and external vendors to deliver innovative and effective solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and an understanding of treasury functions such as cash management, financial risk, and liquidity management. The candidate will report to the Head of Operations and Systems, which reports to the Head of Treasury. The team consists of 9 FTE.
Process and Project management (40%);
Responding to ad-hoc and regular requests from stakeholders (20%);

Pay range and compensation package:
Estimated annual salary is around €65k + competitive bonus and benefits. Salary offered is depending on relevant working experience.
